MARKETING YOUR HOME.

Sanford Real Estate is committed to promoting your property to the largest number of Buyers possible. Most Nantucket Buyers are associated with the island already and many are on island during the year, either as seasonal visitors or current homeowners. Our marketing efforts are a three pronged approach of local print advertising, networking with the brokerage community on-island, and a very accessible and informative website.

We advertise in both local papers, several local 4-color publications, and island non-profit publications as well. Additionally, an integral part of our marketing plan is holding an exclusive agent Open House to educate all agents on Island to the special features of your property. We will do that within a week of listing your property.

LISTING WITH US. Once you have decided to list your property with Sanford Real Estate, a listing agreement is executed between you and this agency. From there we immediately start working for you by producing a 4-color brochure, listing your property on LINK:Nantucket Multiple Listing Service web site, as well as our own website. We then commence your advertising and promotion campaign for the property.

AGENCY DISCLOSURE. In the Commonwealth of Massachusetts all Real Estate agents are required to disclose to Sellers and Buyers their agency affiliation. As Seller Sanford Real Estate, will be your representative. Below is the Mandatory State Disclosure Form that we will present you with as you begin the process of selling your property. A Sanford Real Estate agent will discuss the form with you so you are clear about agency relationships.
